How do I check my daily/hourly electricity consumption?

Open your smart meter detail page, then use the [Energy Consumption] tab to review your usage history.

Entry:

  • [Home] -> [My Smart Meter] -> [Energy Consumption]

Step 1 On the tenant home screen, tap [My Smart Meter].

Step 2 Open the [Energy Consumption] tab in [Smart Meter Information].

Step 3 Select a date range at the top if you want to narrow the results.

Step 4 Review each usage record in the list.

The current tenant app shows these fields for each date:

  • [Consumption]
  • [Meter Reading]
  • [Remaining Credit]

Step 5 Scroll to the bottom to check [Total Energy Consumption].

Note:

  • In the current tenant app, this tab is date-range based and shows the daily list plus the total summary.
  • The current tenant app does not open a separate hourly drill-down page when a tenant taps a usage row.
  • If your meter is prepaid, the list can also show the remaining credit value for each record.
