How do I use the "Rent Roll" report to view comprehensive information for all tenancies?

Use [Rent Roll] on Web to review all tenancy records from one report page, switch between status segments, and compare key financial totals.

Entry:

  • Web: [Reports] -> [Rent Roll]

Web

Step 1 Open [Rent Roll] and review the status tabs, list, and summary bar on the same page.

Step 2 Use the status tabs at the top to switch between [All], [Pending Start], [Ongoing], [Expired], and [Ended]. If you need a narrower result set, select [Filter] and add conditions such as [Property], [Tenant], [Start Date Range], or [End Date Range].

Step 3 Review the tenancy list together with the summary bar to understand the current dataset. The current report can show fields such as:

  • [Tenant]
  • [Property]
  • [Unit]
  • [Total Deposit]
  • [Balance Due]
  • [Paid Amount]
  • [Status]

Step 4 Use [Export], [Print], or [Customize Columns] when you need a shareable report or a different column layout.

App

The current App does not provide a [Rent Roll] report page. Use Web when you need to switch report tabs, filter the report, print it, export it, or customize the visible columns.

Platform differences

  • Web supports the full [Rent Roll] report, including status tabs, filters, summary totals, export, print, and column customization.
  • App currently does not provide a matching report page for this workflow.

Note:

  • The counts on each status tab reflect the current dataset in the environment you are viewing.
  • The summary bar updates with the current list result set, so the totals stay aligned with the filters and status tab you selected.
  • The visible columns can differ if your saved [Customize Columns] settings are different.
