I've received an invitation email from ForentX, what should I do next?

Use the link in the welcome email to finish your tenant account setup first, then sign in from the tenant app.

Entry:

  • Welcome email -> [Set Account Password]

Step 1 Open the welcome email that your operator sent to the email address linked to your tenant account.

Step 2 Click [Set Account Password] in the email.

Step 3 On the account setup page, set your account password.

The current page uses these main labels:

  • [Verify Account]
  • [Password]
  • [Confirm Password]
  • [Set the account password]

Step 4 If the page continues to profile setup, complete the required fields.

The page can ask for:

  • [Full Name]
  • [Gender]
  • [Contact]
  • [Save Changes]

Step 5 After the profile is saved, use [Download App] if it is shown, or open the official download page:

  • https://www.forentx.com/download

Step 6 Install the ForentX tenant app and sign in with your email and the password you just created.

Note:

  • In the current tenant follow-up flow, the welcome email link opens a browser page first. It does not take you straight into the app.
  • If the page shows [The invitation link has expired], ask your operator to send you a new welcome email.
